Chart notes
WHISTLER DIXIE set the pace on the inside, turned back a bid through the turn, shook clear into the stretch, then lasted under steady pressure. DOWN TO EARTH never far back, moved up three wide through the turn, bid four wide into the lane, made a steady gain and hung. BELLAS EYES allowed to settle, moved up three wide through the turn, bid on that path into the stretch and had a mild gain. RED LINGERIE hard to rate on the outside, gained a striking position through the turn, bid outside the leader, then could not sustain the bid,weakened and held a share. COURTED led in the early going, steadily lost ground.
