QUICK WIT chased and raced close off the rail on the turn, lugged in past the eighth pole, took the lead nearing mid-stretch then widened later yards. HURRICANE AMIGO gave chase, rounded the turn about the six path and steadily gained to take second the final strides. FOREST FROST chased through the backstretch, raced close off the rail on the turn, was shut off and steadied past the eighth pole then outfinished for second the final strides. SLOE GIN BIZ chased, rounded the turn about the four path and ran evenly in the lane. BUCKS LODGE chased inside, steadied at the rail in the vicinity of the five sixteenths pole then flattened stride in the stretch. WAYNE'S HOPE drew clear past the half mile pole and set the pace inside, raced at the rail on the turn, was caught approaching mid-stretch and gave way the final sixteenth. MY MIRACLE MAN broke through prior the start, gave chase outside, rounded the turn about the seven path then weakened widest. After posting the inquiry for the incident leaving the eighth pole, the Stewards took no action.
