Chart notes
YES HE CAN pressed the pace from outside, headed rival nearing the quarter pole, cleared in upper stretch and held well over the runner-up. BARRISTAN THE BOLD (GB) stalked from inside then tipped two wide around the turn, moved out a bit further in the stretch, rallied outside the winner but was too late. INCH tracked between early, raced in traffic early on the turn, entered the lane a bit off the rail, tipped out and gained the show. FENESTRA set the pace under pressure, got headed nearing the quarter pole, drifted in a bit in upper stretch while losing touch with the winner and weakened to fourth. NILES CHANNEL settled three deep off the pace then outside a rival, took the turn three then four wide and lacked a rally. CALIFORNIA STREET dropped back early and took a bit of an awkward step crossing back onto the turn, entered the turn along the rail then exited two wide, moved out in the lane, found a bit of traffic midstretch and could not rally once gaining a clear path. SILKEN PRINCE broke slow from inside, saved ground to the stretch and failed to make an impact. MIDNIGHT SPECIAL stalked off the rail, went two then three wide around the turn and faded. FOREVER MO raced outside a rival nearing the back early on, rounded the turn two then three wide and came up empty.
