Chart notes
CERVEZA raced unhurried early while racing from between foes, angled in with a sixteenth to run and was up in the final jump. ON A WARPATH dueled for the lead from the inside, opened a clear margin with a quarter to run, remained in control through mid-stretch and just failed to last. STORMIN FAST was away in good order to dispute the pace from between foes, moved three-wide through the turn and failed to gain in the drive. EVACUEE showed no early speed, checked nearing the three-sixteenths pole, angled out and finished with good late energy. NEXT AFFAIR was off a step slow, settled just off the leaders from the inside and failed to gain in the drive. TUCUM showed brief speed and weakened. MR GOLD MAN broke sharply to vie for the lead while racing three-wide and weakened after going a half.
