Chart notes
ROYAL GOLD DIGGER well placed, angled out while moving up through the turn, came widest into the stretch, drifted out and drove clear. RUNAWAY BREEZE unhurried early, moved up two and three wide through the turn, came four wide into the stretch and closed well for the place. SATURDAYS VAPOR eased to a clear lead soon after the start, increased her margin through the turn, then weakened late and held the show. COUPLE OF NIKKIS allowed to settle, saved ground through the turn, came through inside into the stretch and flattened out. SHOMETHESISTERS well placed, saved ground on the two path through the turn and had no stretch rally. RUNAWAY PHYLLIS chased the pace, held position two and three wide through the turn, came three wide into the stretch, drifted in and weakened the final furlong.
