Chart notes
THE LITTLE SPROUT prompted the pace and made a three wide bid on the turn to gain command by the quarter pole, then drew out in the drive to prove much the best under brisk handling. KINGDA KA tracked the early pace from between rivals, was three wide on the turn and tipped out four wide leaving the turn for aim, was no match for the winner while clearly second best. NOTORIOUS REY set a pressured pace on the inside and weakened, bested rest. TOUCH OF PRINCE chased the early pace on the inside, then was two wide by the quarter pole and had no rally. MISTER ARANGUIZ lacked a rally. GIANFORTE chased the early pace and was four wide on the turn and stopped.
