BRAHMS IS WHO tracked the pacesetter three deep in second flight racing to the turn, made a steady advance in that path nearing upper stretch, then, took over leaving the furlong marker under firm encouragement and was taken in hand late once the issue was decided. BOOZIN AT BOZOS, off slowly, was settled last along the inside on the backstretch, swung out four wide nearing upper stretch and displayed some belated interest to prevail for the place honors. WINNING MANDATE sprinted to the lead while angling to the inside in the opening stages, held sway on a narrow margin to upper stretch but yielded once headed leaving midstretch. IMPULSUS, off a bit slowly, tipped off the inside early to track the pacesetter between foes in second flight racing into the turn but came up empty in the drive. ARNOLD'S PATSY angled to the inside tracking the pacesetter as part of the second flight racing into the turn and faded into upper stretch. DA BEST WIFE EVER, between foes in the opening stages, was rated off the second flight nearing the turn and faded from contention early.
