Chart notes
UNSINKABLE MOLLY B saved ground while being unhurried early, slipped through along the inside during the drive and was up in the final sixteenth and quickly drew clear. MISS BELLA set the early pace racing in hand, drifted out slightly leaving the three-sixteenths pole, settled into the stretch with a clear lead, but was unable to resist the winner late. PAISLEE'S PULPIT prompted the pace from along the outside, came three-wide into the stretch and finished willingly. MANGATA MIST was allowed to settle in stride, moved closer along the outside on the turn, came five-wide into the stretch, but lacked a rally. SAILING IN was forwardly place early, came four-wide into the stretch and weakened.
