LUNE LAKE Vied for the lead along the three path, two path into the lane, kicked clear some at the furlong marker and under pressure held sway. CHRISTMAS DINNER Well placed four wide into the turn, five wide midway around, four wide into the lane, altered out avoiding the fallen rival and then closed well to earn the place. SPEED TALKS Broke slow, saved ground, checked avoiding the fallen rival leaving the furlong marker and missed the place. VITANZA Two path on the turn, eased out in the lane and then jumped a fallen rival leaving the eighth pole losing all chance. GRASSMISS Well placed along the three path into the turn, four wide around it and was done in the lane. CALL ME CARMELITA Stumbled at the start, vied for the lead along the two path around the turn nearest the rail, took the rail into the lane, altered out at the furlong marker, clipped heels with LUNE LAKE and fell. A Stewards inquiry was posted concerning the incident in the stretch, resulted in no change.
