FUNNY PURSUIT Close up four wide into the turn, stayed that way into the lane, chased to no avail but finished well. MIND OF GOLD Hopped at the start, four wide in hand into the turn, continued that way into the lane and finished with interest. FAIR LASSIE Broke slow, two path on the turn, lodged a bid inside and hung. PEGGY SUE Unhurried three from the into the turn, four wide out of it and failed to take part.
