Chart notes
LOVERBOY LOU pursued the pacesetter inside, angled out in midstretch, finished strongly and was up in the final yards. FRAN'S WORRIER controlled the pace inside to the final stages but nailed at the wire. PATEGORY ONE chased outside, moved wide on the turn and closed well. NOBLE COMMANDER pressed the pacesetter outside then began weakening on the turn. MANOLETE saved ground off the leaders and lacked a rally. LAWN BOY (GB) chased outside and was always outrun. WEEKEND IN COURT lagged far behind and trailed throughout.
