ANNIE UP BUCK sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start, turned back a bid into the stretch, then drove clear late under steady pressure. WORKING OVERTIME allowed to settle, moved up inside through the second turn, came through inside the leader into the stretch, then could not threaten that one, while clearly best of the rest. ANIMAUXSELLE stalked the pace on the outside, gained a striking position on the two path through the turn, bid outside the leader into the stretch, then could not match strides, weakened and held the show. LACEE rated back early, moved up on the two path through the second turn, came three wide into the stretch and passed a tiring rival. PATSY'S BIG GIRL well placed and outside, faded after a half.
