Chart notes
SMOKIN BOW stalked the pace inside, angled three wide turning for home, continued on the left lead in the lane, took the lead near the sixteenth pole and inched ahead under a steady drive. DOMINICAN ICE pressed the pace two wide, took the lead near the five-sixteenths pole, edged ahead in upper stretch, led to the sixteenth pole and fought on inside of the winner. ROYAL HARRY chased the pace four and five wide and churned on to gain the show. MOTAWAAFEQ was in range three wide and came up empty in the lane. BELLE TERRE set the pace along the rail and faltered nearing the stretch. WHEATSHEAF played no factor while racing three and four wide.
