Chart notes
SOVEREIGN WARRIOR rated inside, advanced on the final turn, angled wide near the quarter pole and edged clear driving. IRISH RIVIERA moved quickly to the front on the final turn, vied and finished gamely to hold the place. MIRACLE SILVER alternated for the advantage outside then rail and held on gamely to the finish. DECKOLOGY dueled three wide to the stretch and weakened. EL HERMANO dropped far behind, raced very wide and was no factor. VICTOR'S DYNASTY lacked speed inside and steadied along into the stretch while outrun. STRUM AND PLUCK reserved inside off the pace and was always outrun. HIBACHI led narrowly inside in the opening quarter then gave way.
