Chart notes
LIAR LIAR vied for command inside a pair of rivals, drifted out and came three wide into the stretch, cleared with a quarter mile left to run, lugged out despite right-handed corrections and managed to draw off and was in hand nearing the wire. ADRIATIC vied three deep up early, got floated out to the five path around the turn, lugged out midstretch and kept on to prove second best. ARICKAREE trailed two wide into the turn, angled out and came five wide into the stretch and was along for the show. RING GENERAL vied between for command, got floated out around the turn, lost touch with the leader at the top of the lane and weakened. ABSOLUTE TRUTH chased a bit off the rail into the lane and weakened.
