Chart notes
STATESBORO dueled for the lead along the inside into the stretch, got out, edged clear late and just lasted past mid track. LEXATOGA far back early, closed with a burst of speed in the six path and just missed. ZALINSKY far back early, advanced in the five path through the far turn, altered course inside the top pair and finished determinedly in the three path. MAGICAL EXPRESS broke in front and set the pace around the clubhouse turn, matched strides with the winner into the stretch, was carried out past mid track and outfinished. DYRDEK moved up four wide before a half then failed to sustain that bid. MAN DOWN broke slowly and was outrun. PROFESSIONAL drew closer three wide before a half then came up empty.
