Chart notes
APPOINTED was unhurried early, saved ground on the turn and angled out in mid stretch to get up in time. SWIRLING CANDY broke inward and had the lead on the turn but was caught in deep stretch. MY FINAL TRICK was hustled early, a factor on the turn and had a bid in mid stretch but was outfinished. GIMBALA was in mid pack and raced evenly from the inside on the turn but from the five path at the top of the stretch was all out. EVER SO D'WILD was off the pace and had a mild gain on the turn but from the six path at the top of the stretch was no real threat. DREAMINOFPASSION stalked the leaders and was roused on the turn but from the four path at the top of the stretch had no response. HIGH SOCIETY GIRL was bumped at the start, chased on the turn and had no impact. A CLAIM OF FOUL BY THE RIDER ON HIGH SOCIETY GIRL AGAINST SWIRLING CANDY FOR INTERFERENCE AT THE START RESULTED IN SWIRLING CANDY BEING DISQUALIFIED AND PLACED SEVENTH.
