Chart notes
SOUPER CATCH pressed the early pace two wide on the first turn, then was reigned in to rate kindly behind the pacesetter, made a two wide bid when ready on the turn and quickly took over leaving the five sixteenths, then drew off in the drive to prove much the best, driving. TRENDING UP was settled early three wide early, made a four to three wide run on the far turn, then finished willingly to be second best in the lane. P JS SILVER DUKE stumbled at the start, then settled on the inside and saved ground throughout and was along for the show award. ZERTZ set a pressured pace on the inside early, then shook clear entering the backstretch on the inside, was headed by the five sixteenths, shifted to three wide by the quarter pole and weakened in the drive. NORTHERN THUNDER chased the early pace and was in between rivals by the quarter pole and weakened.
