Chart notes

MY THOUGHTS was away alertly to press the early pace two wide, then was between rivals by the eleven sixteenths, made a three wide bid on the turn to vie for command, then kicked clear nearing the furlong marker and drew out to prove best under a drive. VOLADOR was reserved early, advanced on the inside on the far turn, angled out nearing the furlong marker and finished well late to be gaining. SWAN POINT was settled back early, then advanced four wide by the quarter pole, then had a late rally to just miss the place award. BETTER YET was allowed to settle early, then was on the inside on the turn and lacked the needed rally. SLEEPY N JOYFUL set a pressured pace on the inside and weakened in the drive. CUENCA passed the tiring rivals. LIGHTNING ROUND lacked a solid rally. GOLDEN LAW pressed the pace three wide and in between rivals and tired. WORKIN ECLIPTICAL stalked the early pace and then went up to press the pace four wide and stopped. ALLISON K failed to menace.
