Chart notes
BIG DADDY DAVE pressed the pace two wide between foes, took the lead near the five-sixteenths pole and drove clear in the lane. GRAINGER COUNTY stalked the pace three wide, bid outside of the winner midway around the turn, vied to midstretch and was second best late. HOPE IN HIM stalked the pace two wide, tipped out in upper stretch, continued on the left lead in the lane and held third. LOYAL LOUIE chased the pace two wide and lacked the needed rally. EXCHANGE DAY failed to menace while racing three and four wide. HENRY'S WORLD set the pace along the rail and retreated nearing the lane.
