INCLUDE THE BEAST came away a bit awkwardly then engaged in close chase through the backstretch, rounded the turn about the five path, dug in down the lane and took over later yards. TIZ THE REASON contested even terms between horses through the backstretch, dueled with the edge at the rail on the turn, was caught later yards but held on for second. GARY DOING BIZ gave chase outside, rounded the turn about the five path and finished well. GOT YOUR NUMBER gave chase outside, rounded the turn about the six path and ran evenly in the lane. SHUTUPN'KISSME became a bit anxious in the gate then pressured the pace at even terms, raced close between horses on the turn, though flattened the final sixteenth. MINNETONKA pressured the pace at mostly even terms inside but dropped back toward the quarter pole and weakened at the rail on the turn. VALID REASON was not a factor.
