Chart notes
BUBBAS DIXIE raced along the inside came through at the top of the stretch and finished best while edging clear in the final yards. PODEROSO EQUS was three wide for much of the race while racing close to the frontrunners held gamely through the stretch but could not go with the winner in the final eighth. GOLD NOTE raced along the rail on the turn angled out for the drive and was able to get third while never a serious threat to the winner. DANCE FOR RANSOM was away best and took a clear lead along the rail widened the margin going into the turn but gave way entering the stretch and could not go with the top three through the stretch. BRAZILIAN SUMMER was up close to the lead in the early stages while in the two path but gave way going into the turn. DAAHER'S SUCCESS trailed throughout and was never a factor.
