Chart notes
B W P SPIRIT veered out at the start then lead down the backstretch, was headed on the turn by an outside rival then angled out mid stretch to come on again and was up at the wire. ALTO ROAD bid for the lead in the three path, gained command on the turn to inch away in mid stretch but was passed by an outside rival and was caught in the end. CAPITAL JOKE was bumped at the start then raced while four wide to rally in upper stretch and was closing well but it was not enough. BRAVE MAGIC broke in at the start and bumped rival then chased the pace while two wide, dropped back on the turn, then bid mildly in the stretch but was no threat. THREE ON THE TREE chased the pace from the inside then continued to run evenly throughout the final furlongs. JIM NED was unhurried early then bid five wide on the turn and was no factor. BAY BE GONE chased the pace from the inside and failed to fire. F J'S FLACO was cut off at the start then chased the pace between rivals early then faded and failed to rally.
