THE GRAND CANAL Away well, tracked along the three path, took command leaving the three-eighths pole, responded and then was ridden out. VIBE SETTER In hand four wide into the backstretch, gained three from the rail on the last turn, tracked, lodged a bid to no avail but finished well. TAKE THE EDGE Well placed, saved ground on the turns and then finished with interest. SLEEPY JOE Unhurried four wide early, three path on the last turn, four wide out of it and finished evenly. JACOBA Unhurried saving ground, eased out and failed to gain. BLIZZ Broke slow, lagged far back, two path on the turns and was always outrun. MAJESTIC SKY Away well, set the pace along the rail, was collared into the last turn, dropped back and then was eased over the wire.
