Chart notes
WESTPHAL stalked four then five wide on the first turn, remained wide into the stretch, bid five deep in the drive, drifted in while dueling with MONGOLIAN KINGDOM in the final furlong and edged the runner-up. MONGOLIAN KINGDOM settled four then three wide on the first turn outside a rival, chased two wide into the lane, tipped out and bid three deep midstretch, took over with a furlong left to run, dueled with WESTPHAL late and got outkicked. ROYAL ORB dueled for command outside a rival, moved clear at the halfway point, led two wide into the stretch, lost command in midstretch and flattened to third. KING ROB dueled early from inside then chased past the half-mile pole, saved ground through the far turn, re-bid along the fence with three-sixteenths remaining but flattened in deep stretch. ARMAVEER stalked in the three path early then pressed outside the top pair on the backstretch, chased ROYAL ORB past the half-mile pole, remained off the rail into the drive, bid four deep in the stretch and faltered in the furlong grounds. CORSICA FLAVOR tracked off the rail, got put in tight and checked hard entering the far turn, trailed three wide into the stretch, moved out in the lane and lacked a rally.
