SOPHOS raced in closest pursuit of the loose leader, took over into the stretch and pulled away driving. THE ANGRY MAN outrun in the two path, moved wider into the stretch but proved no match for the winner. POLITICAL trailed for half a mile then bid wide in the stretch to gain the show. WEEKEND IN COURT quickly sprinted clear, widened before half a mile then came up empty in the stretch. CAPE MAY STYLE saved ground well behind and weakened steadily.
