Chart notes
MAGIC ECLIPSE settled off the pace while racing three wide, swung six wide leaving the quarter pole, closed down the center of the track and was up in the final strides. FIRST RULE bumped with STARLITE WALKER at the start, raced well back outside, advanced five wide around the turn, rallied outside of foes, took the lead near the sixteenth pole, drifted out and was caught in the final strides. ASSERTIKO dueled in the three path to the sixteenth pole and stayed on well to hold the show. POSEIDON'S SON stalked the pace four wide and weakened in the final furlong. SEA TRIDENT set the pace in the two path and tired leaving the eighth pole. STARLITE WALKER was bumped then shut off at the start, advanced inside around the turn, briefly angled out near the quarter pole, bid at the rail nearing the eighth pole then wilted. BROTHER BRAD was outrun while racing two wide.
