Chart notes
DEPLANE raced at the back of the pack inside, swung wide into the stretch, surged and was just up in time. AGELESS ENDEAVOR vied between rivals throughout, was bothered in midstretch and continued gamely to the finish. MUTTLEY earned a narrow advantage dueling inside, came out bumping rival in the stretch and weakened slightly. GOLDEN WILDCAT battled between rivals throughout, was bumped about in midstretch and battled to the wire. CLEAR CUT forced the pace four wide and began fading after half a mile. NICKY DA FOX chased off the pace then made a gradual gain inside through the stretch. PEACE CRUSADER rushed up inside for a quarter mile and stopped abruptly. Following a stewards inquiry and an objection by the fourth finisher against the third finisher for interference in the stretch, MUTTLEY was disqualified and placed fourth.
