WHISKEY PLANK stalked the leaders from the three path through the opening half mile, began a three wide bid approaching the three eighths pole, dueled between horses down the lane and missed. GIANT PAYDAY bumped and was forced back at the break, raced in the two path around the first turn, continued up the backstretch off the pace on the outside, began a four wide bid coming around the far turn and dueled on the outside in the stretch, narrowly missing.
