Chart notes
PLONDER showed the early way then stalked from the nine sixteenths pole, pulled himself to the front approaching the quarter, contested the edge nearest the rail on the far turn and was steadily handled through the lane. LUNAR IMAGE exchanged contact with BONEYARDHOLLER leaving the gate then saved ground, bid leaving the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn off the rail then dueled through later yards for second. The latter exchanged contact with Lunar Image leaving the gate then took the lead two deep approaching the nine sixteenths pole and rated the pace, came under pressure nearing the five sixteenths pole, was caught toward the quarter but finished evenly while remaining close through the lane. UNIMPEACHED exchanged contact with Holiday Avenue leaving the gate then settled off the rail, picked up the chase leaving the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn off the rail and flattened later yards. WALK THE BANK rounded the first turn about the five path, gave chase from the seven sixteenths pole, raced in the four path of the far turn and ran evenly in the lane. DASHING CIRCLES settled off the rail early, picked up the chase nearing the three eighths pole, ran at the rail on the far turn, checked off the inside flank of Plonder past the eighth pole and weakened the final sixteenth. HOLIDAY AVENUE exchanged contact with Unimpeached leaving the gate, stalked from the three path the first turn, gave chase from the half mile pole but faded through the backstretch. TOMMY PIES saved ground.
