Chart notes
ERRATIQUE forced the early pace, had the lead on the turn and from the five path at the top of the stretch was kept to task. SPEEDY FIRE was in touch, roused on the turn and from the six path at the top of the stretch held place. CHALDEA was in range, raced evenly on the turn and was up for show. READY TO RUMBLE was unhurried early and hustled along on the turn but from the seven path at the top of the stretch leveled off. CULATELLO set a pressured pace but lost ground on the turn and from the four path at the top of the stretch had nothing left. FAIRY was well back and showed little in a dull effort. POLAR APPEAL tracked the leaders from the inside and was a factor on the turn but dropped back through the stretch.
