Chart notes
LIGHT MAN broke in at the start bumping BARRY THE BUILDER into BURN JAKEY BURN, showed the way in hand three then two wide through swift splits under pressure from CURLY LARRY AND MO to the outside, came under coaxing near the quarter pole and spun just off the inside into upper stretch, edged clear under a drive kept to task. CURLY LARRY AND MO hustled from the gate, pressed the pace of the aforementioned foe from the outside four then three wide coming under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, swung three wide into upper stretch, got shaken off with three-sixteenths to go and ran on to chase the winner home clear of the rest and along second best. PETE N BILLY hustled from the start, chased just off the pace five paths off the inside down the backstretch and then three wide through the turn under coaxing from the three-eighths, cornered three to four wide for home and weakened while clear for the show honors. MIRACLE MIKE coaxed from the start, chased five to six paths off the inside down the backstretch before tucking three wide through the turn placed to coaxing with seven-sixteenths remaining, spun three wide into upper stretch and passed tired rivals. CONMAN hustled from the gate, chased three then two wide under a ride from the seven-sixteenths, went just off the inside into upper stretch and tired. SORPRESO chased along the inside down the backstretch before tipping four to five wide through the turn under coaxing from three furlongs out, cornered four wide for home and made no impact. BURN JAKEY BURN got bumped at the start by BARRY THE BUILDER due to pressure from LIGHT MAN breaking inwards, chased just off the inside, got out into the turn to be eight to nine paths off the inside by the three-eighths marker, angled in to swing five to six wide into upper stretch and made no impact. BARRY THE BUILDER got bumped at the start by LIGHT MAN and in turn bumped BURN JAKEY BURN, chased along the inside in hand, continued along the inside route into upper stretch, received some intermittent taps to the right shoulder while in hand through the stretch to the finish and faltered while getting some education.
