PALI'S REWARD was in hand and trailed early, swung six wide in the stretch closed with a rush and was along in time. LADY ITCH was never far back, rallied in the stretch and was second best. CHILLVILLE set the pace until late stretch and was caught late. LUCKY PENNY ROSE was allowed to settle early, swung wide in the stretch and rallied. CITY SIGNS pressed the pace until mid stretch, then weakened. DOUBLE EDGED contended for three quarters, then tired in the stretch. SURE FIRE READY raced mid pack and gave way.
