Chart notes
VENTURE ON close up from the start, rallied four wide into the stretch to make the lead, drifted in from the four path putting RED HOT POWER in tight at the furlong marker, was put to a left handed whip, drifted out late and drew off under a hand ride. RED HOT POWER stalked the pace along the rail, got through entering the stretch, was in tight a furlong out causing his rider to checked then alter course outside the winner then finished well clear for second. BABA LOOEY away alertly, set the early pace, was headed briefly before a half, regained the advantage, set the pace into the stretch then weakened. VOLUME OF TRUST stalked the early pace, surged two wide to make the lead before a half, had speed through the far turn then came up empty. SWEET JILL'S JACK offered a mild bid three wide before a half, remained a sharp threat into the stretch then faltered. BILLY BEACOUP trailed. THE STEWARDS POSTED THE INQUIRY SIGN AND THE RIDER OF RED HOT POWER LODGED A CLAIM OF FOUL AGAINST THE RIDER OF VENTURE ON FOR INTERFERENCE IN MID STRETCH. AFTRE REVIEW THE STEWARDS DISQUALIFIED VENTURE ON AND PLACED HIM SECOND.
