SHACKS WAY , took the early lead, stayed in control of the tempo around the turn, quickened soon after the quarter pole, held sway late while never switching leads, won driving. WHERE PARADISE LAY , found nice stalking position early on, stayed in the pocket till leaving the quarter pole, shifted out to center of lane for best run late. finished up with good energy. OMAHA RED broke sharp first few strides, took up stalking position, urged on while outside runners turn, could not keep pace with winner finished even late stretch. IMPERIAL KING , took the rail spot down the backstretch, moved up along the inside, was asked for best run on the turn, could not quicken, weakened through the stretch. MIDNIGHT FIRE broke through gate pre pace, lacked early speed, dropped back down the backstretch, tried to find momentum around the turn, no punch in stretch. RILEYS DUDE broke through gate pre race, reloaded broke slow, was asked early on to quicken, could not keep pace, weakened stretch.
