Chart notes
POQUITO ROSE reared at the start, moved up two and three wide through the turn, angled widest into the stretch, made a steady gain and drove clear. DANCE OR STROLL tracked the pace, angled out to bid outside of that one into the stretch, then lugged in and lacked the needed late kick. WHISTLER DIXIE sprinted away from the field, held sway to the final sixteenth, then weakened and held the show. CHARLIV never far back, looped up three wide through the turn, came four wide into the stretch and flattened out. BELLAS EYES rated outside the lead, faded on the two path through the turn.
