AL'S PRINCE four then three wide through the opening bend, chased four to five paths off the inside down the backstretch before tucking three wide through the far turn getting placed to coaxing with seven-sixteenths to go, angled out seven wide into upper stretch, rallied to issue a challenge inside the final furlong getting directed inwards a sixteenth out to look the leader in the eye and went on by with seventy yards to the finish to prevail at the end. I AM THE LAW traded a bump at the start when breaking out a step as HATCH broke in a step, chased just off the inside briefly before tucking inside, came under coaxing at the seven-sixteenths, spun two to three wide into upper stretch, rallied to take command just inside the eighth pole, dug in under threat and was collared with seventy yards to the finish and was along clear for the place honors. CASH IN A FLASH established the front and showed the way in hand three then two wide coming under coaxing at the three-eighths, angled four wide into upper stretch, dug in under threat from a trio and was collared just inside the eighth pole, then weakened in the late stages. HATCH traded a bump at the start with I AM THE LAW when breaking inwards, chased along the inside through the clubhouse turn before chasing four then three wide, got set down angled five wide into upper stretch, dug in bidding a furlong out, then weakened in the late going. RESILIENT COURAGE chased two to three wide growing detached at the tail of the field, went four wide into upper stretch well behind and was eased home to the finish when trailing.
