Chart notes
AMERICAN CODE was bumped at the start then was unhurried early, was gaining ground on the turn to rally five wide in early stretch then was ridden hard to the end to be up in the final strides. CHIEF BRADY chased the pace while three wide then vied for the lead on the turn, drifted in slightly and brushed rival in the stretch then gave way in the end. SILVER WINGS chased the pace while two wide then vied for the lead on the turn, was brushed by a rival from the outside then weakened in late stretch. SR. BI BI tracked the pace while two wide then angled out in upper stretch to menace while six wide but was no threat. LAVA BOMB raced from the inside into the turn then made a mild bid in the stretch while five wide and was no threat. NICHIREN set the pace from the inside, was in a hard drive entering the turn, was used up and tired in early stretch.
