Chart notes
MAIN COOL CAT was rated along between horses, made a three wide bid on the turn, then had a long drive with the pacesetter, hit the front by the sixteenth marker and then prevailed late under a drive. ELUSIVE JESTER set the pace while racing in the two path, then was headed leaving the furlong marker and was passed by the sixteenth marker and fought gamely to the wire to just miss. FOR THE MOMENT tracked the pace on the inside and made a bid leaving the turn but needed more late. PEPE TONO was void of early speed, came five wide into the drive and had a belated rally. BOCK chased the pace four wide and weakened. RIPPOLINO failed to respond.
