Chart notes
R PRIVATE JET stalked the pace two wide, took over leaving the five-sixteenths pole and drew off under a drive. SMOKIN BOW dropped well off the pace, raced three and four wide around the turn and rallied outside to gain the place in the later yards. MEETMEINKINGSTON was bumped and briefly knocked off stride at the start, sped to the front, set the pace along the rail and weakened in the lane. EXAMINER steadied nearing the five-eighths pole, saved ground off the pace and lacked a closing bid. SMILING TEUFLES failed to menace while racing three wide. MOMZA chased the pace three wide and came up empty in the lane. GRAND VALLEY broke out and bumped at the start then had only brief speed two wide.
