Chart notes
BREVIARY , unhurried down the backstretch, moved up three wide leaving the turn, moved to the four path in upper stretch, was under urging when securing the lead inside the eighth pole and drew away. BETCHA BY GOLLY saved ground on the turn, waited for room mid way on the bend, eased out to the two path in upper stretch and finished gamely between rivals. MAVILUS raced in the two path on the turn while well off the pace, swung to the four path in mid stretch and had a slight rally. VOLNAY , two wide chasing the pace around the turn, drifted three wide turning for home and weakened. MI CLEOPATRA AND I sped to the early lead, saved ground around the turn and gave way.
