FAITH IN HUMANITY (FR) was bumped lightly at the start, vied two wide for the early lead, then settled off of GOLD WATCH, bid two wide entering the far turn, dueled, responded when roused, gained a short lead and drew clear under urging. GOLD WATCH vied inside for the early lead, then took over to set the pace, dueled with the winner on the far turn, dug in gamely inside in the stretch run but second best. YARBOROUGH raced off the pace inside, two wide on the far turn and rallied mildly on the rail. QUARTERFLASH tracked on the inside, chased inside on the far turn and finished evenly.
