Chart notes
SOUTHLAWN prompted the pace two wide, vied around the far turn, led in upper stretch, and drew off through the final furlong under light urging. COTTON CANDY ANNIE set the pace inside of a pressing SOUTHLAWN, vied with that one around the far turn, but gave way approaching the furlong grounds. OH POLLYANNA tracked, took the far turn four wide, and reached show while not threatening with the top two. BLAME IT ON PARIS stalked three wide, but tired turning for home. DIAMOND DISTRICT trailed throughout.
