COMODA vied inside for the early lead, eased back off the pace, re bid outside of SUE B DOOO at the quarter pole, took over in upper stretch and drew clear under urging. SUE B DOOO vied outside for the early lead, took over nearing the turn, dueled with the winner into the stretch, was no match for that rival, then dug in to save the place spot. BELMAR SUMMER raced off the pace, advanced inside at the quarter pole and rallied mildly on the rail. SIRENETTA chased two wide, chased on the turn, came three wide into the lane and weakened. AMALFI LADY chased on the inside, raced between rivals into the stretch and weakened. NANASQUAN raced three wide off the pace, went four wide past the quarter pole and had no rally. HONEY SPARKLE was outrun.
