Chart notes
HUNTER SCOTT dueled for the lead along the inside into the far turn, drifted to the seven path entering the stretch, was put to a right handed stick, drifted out further when put to a left handed whip brushing the runner up near the sixteenth pole and lasted under strong handling. ANGEL'S ENTRY close up from the start, rallied four then three wide through the far turn, was carried out to mid track by the winner, brushed by that one late and finished second best. TONKAWA SPRINGS dueled with the winner two wide into the far turn, had speed into the stretch then faded late. ON HIS TOES failed to menace. CRY MACHO stalked the pace three wide and weakened on the far turn. DAWN WEST trailed. THE RIDER OF ANGEL'S FURY LODGED A CLAIM OF FOUL AGAINST THE RIDER OF THE WINNER FOR ALLEGED INTERFERENCE IN THE STRETCH. AFTER REVIEW THE STEWARDS UPHELD THE ORIGINAL ORDER OF FINISH.
