Chart notes
LOCHNESS saved ground while being prominently placed, slipped through entering the stretch, was in tight nearing the eighth pole when New Every Morning came.in, found room and finished fast to be up in the final strides. MOSQUITO FLEET prompted the issue from along the outside, took the lead entering the stretch and then just failed to last. NEW EVERY MORNING saved ground setting the pace, drifted out nearing the three-sixteenths pole, came in nearing the eighth pole while weakening. LASTBESTHOPE was in tight from the half mile pole to the seven-sixteenths racing between horses, angled out for the drive and finished in a mild rally. STARZAN raced three-wide on the turn, came five-wide into the stretch and failed to threaten. STREET DEMAND dropped back early, came four-wide into the stretch and failed to menace. FORAGOODTIMECALL saved ground from the start, lacked a rally and was taken in hand late.
