Chart notes
LIGHTNING STAR was forwardly placed while racing three-wide, moved up to take the lead nearing the eighth pole and was all out to prevail. MYSTIC MAG was unhurried early, moved up on the turn while racing along the outside, angled out four-wide nearing the eighth pole and finished fast. MOON CIRCUMFERENCE was allowed to settle in stride, moved up two-wide to split rivals leaving the quarter pole and finished well in a strong effort. VALIDATE dueled for the lead from along the inside to the stretch and weakened. WHISPER AND WINK was allowed to settle in stride, came five-wide into the stretch but lacked a rally. GEBO was forwardly placed early while racing three-wide and tired. ATTORNEY LOUIS vied for the lead for five furlongs from along the outside and stopped.
