Chart notes
HIDE THE RANSOM stalked the pacesetter racing off the inside, chased on the turn, bid between rivals entering the stretch, rallied to a short lead, then dug in gamely inside to maintain the advantage. ONE WHIRLWIND RIDE stalked outside in the early stages, moved up three wide on the turn, rallied outside rivals turning for home, dug in gamely outside in the final furlong but second best. MYSTERY MO raced off the pace inside, came two wide into the lane and rallied mildly for third. LUCKY AS A SEVEN was bumped at the start, set the pace on the inside, dueled into the stretch and weakened. FIRE'S FINALE raced two wide off the pace, came three wide into the lane and lacked a rally. EXALTED CHARM was bumped at the start, chased inside, chased on the turn and tired. CONFECTIONER was outrun.
