TRUCULENT was hustled to the front, raced inside around the first turn, showed the way while off the rail on the backstretch, vied in the two path on the far turn, was asked under heavy threat inside the five-sixteenths then lost the advantage shortly thereafter, dropped back in upper stretch and gave way.
