Chart notes
REINING PESOS settled in the middle of the pack on the inside for the run up the backstretch, began a bid while racing four wide approaching the quarter pole, took over in midstretch and drew off the wire. ROCKTHEPULPIT pressed the pace on the outside through the opening quarter of a mile, raced in the four path around the turn, could not go with the winner in late stretch and chased that rival home to just hold second. MO GEE trailed the field on the outside in the early going, raced in the four path around the turn, swung wider still entering the stretch and gained ground late while drifting in mildly. SAMURAI JACK bumped with a foe leaving the gate, recovered to duel on the inside up the backstretch, saved ground around the turn and weakened late. BLUE SKYE JADE bumped with another horse at the break, dueled for the lead on the outside in the opening stages, continued to battle from the two path around the turn and faded in the final furlong. W F RIP TIDE stalked the leaders between horses up the backstretch, saved ground around the turn and tired in the lane. KICK IT broke slowly, trailed the field on the inside up the backstretch and around the turn and made no bid. INDIAN GAMBLER raced in the middle of the pack on the outside in the early going, navigated the turn from the three path and was empty from there.
